Approved!

Well, the earlier blog was a little too hasty. We should have just waited another 12 hours or so. Yes, we have been approved. Our caseworker called mid-afternoon today to congratulate us. We are so excited, and we've called all of our immediate family and close friends. We ate at Sizzler tonight to celebrate. Of course, the next step is waiting/finding. Pretty soon we should have our adoption profile up on the LDS Family Services website. We intend to have a "Kick-off" party -- well, an ice cream social with ward members and family and friends who live nearby. We will have information cards with our email address and websites for potential birth parents to look at. In the near future, we will probably post some FAQ's about adoption with answers for those who are wondering. Don't forget you can always ask us a question!
