Happy Thanksgiving!

This year was the first year we didn't spend Thanksgiving Day with LeMira's family. They've always lived relatively close, and so it's been easy to visit them. This year we decided to risk the adventure and drive 8 hours to visit Matt's Grandpa and his new wife, Topsy. We broke up the drive into a couple of days so we could visit some friends and family along the way there and on the way home. Here are some highlights of our trip.This is Jackson watching the Incredibles on our portable DVD player in the car. That's his favorite movie right now, and Mommy and Daddy are "Incredible-d" out!

After Thanksgiving Dinner, Grandpa asked LeMira if she would play the piano for a while. Jackson couldn't help playing with Mommy. He loves music!
Here are Jackson and his cousin Sabrina. We stopped by LeMira's parents' and brothers' houses on our way back home. Only two of LeMira's seven brothers were missing for the occasion, and so Jackson had fun playing with his cousins. Here he is riding one of Uncle Adam's skitters. They are fun!

We truly enjoy celebrating Thanksgiving with family. It's fun to get together to laugh and visit. We have all kinds of fun whenever we're with family!
