Officially as of 4:45 p.m. this afternoon, we are homeowners. Yes, the title is in our name; and Lisa, if he's NOT out by the 16th then we will evict him. Funny thing you said that because we've already thought about that. . . (if anyone is confused read the post below).

As the Landlord, better check out the condition of the house completely when he moves out....wouldn't want to have a 'surprise' waiting for you. If you plan to paint, do it before you do the floors.
