Sorry Revenge Dominoes

Ever played this game?
We were introduced to it by my older brother several years ago. Loving the game and the quips that the pawn spits out, we bought it for my sister-in-law. When she moved to England, she let us "borrow" it while they were MIA.

Yet again, Jackson LOVES this "gift" from his aunt (remember the leprechaun -- same aunt -- thank goodness we're moving for St. Patty's day because it's packed up in some box somewhere). Well, he also loves numbers. My mom gave us these cardboard dominoes that we had as kids (one of my brother's toys).

I decided to teach Jackson how to play. Well, he has his own version. When we run out of dominoes in our hands or we don't have a matching number to play, we have to "push" the button, meaning "slap the floor," and he is the voice of the pawn. He'll usually say something like, "I hate to be rude, but take. . . uh, (fill in the blank with a number 1-8) cards. Sorry!" Then the game goes on.

The best part is when he "gives" himself 7 or 8 cards. I'm surprised every time he has to penalize himself that he doesn't say this one from the pawn, "This time I'm really sorry, play any card!" or "Take 2. That's it just 2."

He definitely makes our life entertaining.
