Well, it's the time of year to harvest the sunflowers. Matt let Jackson help cut down a few of the stalks. I forgot to take a picture this morning of the bowls of sunflower seeds from just six of the heads. We're going to dry them and salt them and try them out!
Sunflower seeds are the best, just don't leave them in your car. You might have some unexpected visitor take up residence in there! :0)
